Returns

Return items must be handed over to UPS or Fedex within 10 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 10-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.

How to return

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
You may return any item purchased on our store within 10 days from the delivery date.

Here’s how:
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
If you prefer, you may send the return using a courier of your choice. If you ship the return package on your own, the Return Fee will not be deducted from your refund. For your security, we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.
