Return Policy

We hope you love your Pauleth Swimwear purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 10 days from the date your package was delivered.

 

Return Conditions

 

• Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Returns must be handed over to UPS or FedEx within 10 days from the delivery date.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 10-day period or if the items are not in their original condition.

 

How to Return

We have created a simple return procedure to make your shopping experience enjoyable, even when you’re not completely satisfied.

1. Verify that your item meets the return conditions above.
2. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging if possible.
3. You may return using your preferred courier service (UPS, FedEx, or another trackable option).

If you choose to use your own courier, the return fee will not be deducted from your refund.

For your safety, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
