Our Philosophy

Every Pauleth Swimwear piece is handmade with care, time, and love — designed to be unique, not mass-produced. Because each bikini is crafted individually, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with the highest attention to detail.

Shipping

• All items are handmade and typically ship within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.
• You will receive an email with your tracking number once your bikini is ready to ship.
• We ship from Spokane Valley, Washington (USA).
• Pauleth Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our bikinis are made in small quantities and often one-of-a-kind, we accept returns only for unworn items in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liner intact.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pauleth.com to request authorization.
• Once approved, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Because every piece is handmade, we may offer an exchange or remake when possible — depending on fabric availability.

Sizing & Custom Orders

Most bikinis are available in sizes S, M, and L. For custom sizing or made-to-measure requests, please email us at info@pauleth.com — we’re happy to create your perfect fit.
